Pulzor Global Privacy Policy

Pulzor is designed to minimize the collection and processing of data by the Owner. Our goal is for your technical data to remain under your control and for the App to function without the need for the Owner's own servers.

This Policy explains what data may be processed when using Pulzor and how Apple and other third parties relate to certain features (subscriptions, diagnostics, synchronization, integrations).

Pulzor may store information on your device necessary for operation, for example:

• monitor configuration (hosts, URLs, endpoints),
• rules, maintenance windows, templates, local history,
• alert configurations, exports/imports, and preferences.

Purpose: to provide the requested functionality.

Depending on your configuration and system:

• Purchases and subscriptions: managed by Apple (StoreKit / Apple Media Services).
• Diagnostics and crash reports: Apple may collect crash reports if the user allows it or according to their system configuration.
• Synchronization: if you enable iCloud/CloudKit, synchronization is performed by Apple in your personal account.

Purpose: billing, operation, stability, synchronization, and product improvement according to Apple services.

If you configure webhooks or integrations, your device will send information to the corresponding third party (for example, monitor status, name, tags and configured messages, down/recovery events, or other notifications).

Purpose: notifications and integrations requested by the user.

If you contact support, we may process the data you send us (for example, email address, message content, and minimum metadata necessary to handle the request).

Purpose: handling support requests and incident management.

Unless we expressly state otherwise, the Owner does not operate a central server intended to massively collect:

• SSH/VPN credentials,
• command content and output,
• full bodies of monitored API requests,
• centralized listings of user IPs/URLs/domains.

The Owner does not sell user personal data.

Depending on the case and applicable regulations:

• Performance of contract: for the App to function.
• Legitimate interest (where applicable): security, abuse/fraud prevention, and maintenance.
• Consent: when you activate voluntary options or third-party integrations.

Local data is retained as long as you do not delete it or uninstall the App. Synchronization and retention in iCloud/CloudKit is governed by Apple's terms and your configuration. The Owner does not control the lifecycle of data in the user's iCloud/CloudKit.

Data derived from support communications will be retained for the time necessary to manage the request and to comply with applicable legal obligations.

We apply reasonable security measures in accordance with the state of the art. However:

• security also depends on your Device, Apple ID, and good practices (passcode, biometrics, device encryption, etc.);
• you are responsible for safeguarding credentials and limiting privileges;
• if you export backups or configurations, you are responsible for protecting those files (and their passwords if applicable).

Apple and external providers configured by the user may process data outside your country. Their respective terms, policies, and safeguard mechanisms will apply.

Where applicable, you may exercise the rights recognized by applicable regulations (access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, and portability) with respect to personal data that the Owner processes as controller. Contact: p​p​a​.​r​o​z​l​u​p​@​l​a​g​e​l

Pulzor is not directed at minors under 16 years of age.

This Policy may be made available in multiple languages. In the event of a discrepancy between versions, the Spanish version shall prevail, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

We may update this Policy. If the change is material and the law requires it, we will inform you by reasonable means (e.g., within the App).
