Pulzor Subscription and In-App Purchase Conditions
1. Payment Provider
Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through In-App Purchase (StoreKit). The Owner does not store your payment method or card details.
2. Plans and Features
Pulzor may offer plans (for example, Starter/Plus/Pro/Ultimate) with different limits and features. The description of each plan, its price, and applicable conditions are shown in the App and in Apple's purchase flow at the time of subscription.
We may adjust limits and features for technical, security, or product reasons, in accordance with the law and Apple's rules. When the change is material and the law requires it, notification will be provided by reasonable means or through Apple's flows.
3. Automatic Renewal
If your subscription is auto-renewable:
- it will renew automatically unless cancelled according to the deadlines and conditions indicated by Apple;
- cancellation is managed from your Apple ID / App Store.
Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not necessarily imply refunds for periods already started, unless Apple provides otherwise.
4. Prices and Taxes
The price is determined by Apple in your currency and may include applicable taxes according to your region, in accordance with Apple's rules. The Owner does not control currency conversions or regional prices.
5. Price Changes
If there are price changes, Apple may require your consent or notification depending on the region. They will be applied according to Apple's flow and applicable regulations.
6. Free Trials and Introductory Offers
If a subscription includes a free trial or introductory offer, the conditions shown by Apple at the time of purchase will apply. Unless you cancel before the end of the trial or offer period, the subscription may automatically convert to a paid subscription and renew according to the conditions indicated by Apple.
7. Refunds
Refunds are subject to Apple's policies. The Owner cannot guarantee the granting of refunds when Apple denies them and may not have the tools to issue refunds directly.
Any refund, if applicable, must be requested from Apple. The Owner cannot process refunds through alternative channels.
8. Restore Purchases
You may restore purchases when Apple allows it and when the purchase type supports it, through the restore functionality available in the App or through Apple's flows.
9. Verification Failures
If Apple cannot temporarily verify your subscription (for example, due to network or system errors), some features may be limited until the verification is resolved. We will attempt to retry verification when possible, within available technical capabilities.
10. Apple Dependency
The availability of paid features may depend on:
- purchase verification by Apple,
- changes in StoreKit/App Store,
- regional restrictions,
- operating system compatibility changes.
We do not guarantee that Apple will maintain any specific behavior. Any billing dispute is handled with Apple.

12. Minimum Age for Purchases
Pulzor subscriptions and in-app purchases require legal capacity to contract. If you are between 16 and 17 years old, you may only make purchases if you have the necessary authorization from your parent or legal guardian when required by applicable law, and always in accordance with Apple's policies and applicable family/parental controls.
If you do not meet these requirements, you must not make purchases.
13. Language
These Conditions may be made available in multiple languages. In the event of a discrepancy between versions, the Spanish version shall prevail, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
